FloPlast Fire Protection Collar 110mm FC110

Manufactured from a high performance material bonded to the inside of a steel sleeve, which on exposure to heat from a fire will rapidly expand inwards to squeeze the collapsing plastic pipe until the aperture is completely sealed. Light and compact, easy to install, maintenance-free. Suitable for use in multi-storey office buildings, multi-level developments, hospitals and hotels, and wherever plastic soil and waste pipes pass through fire compartment walls and floors. Pipe collars are tested to EN1366-3, can provide up to 4 hours resistance for UPVC, ABS, MDPE, HDPE. Complies with Building Regulation Approved Document B3.
