The Bosch GBH 36 V-LI Professional Cordless Rotary Hammer is as powerful as the corded equivalent but gives you freedom from sockets. It can drill up to 220 holes (6 x 40 mm in C30/37 concrete) with only one battery charge and is ideal for outdoor use. There is a pneumatic hammer mechanism with a chisel function which is optimised for drilling holes in a range of sizes from 8-16mm in concrete (max. 26mm) This rotary hammer is as fast as the best 2kg mains powered hammer thanks to its high impact energy (2.8 joules). This tool has 3 functions: drilling, hammering, and chiselling. Innovative CoolPack batteries ensure optimum heat dissipation and therefore increase lifetime by up to 100% (cf. Li-Ion batteries without CoolPack). More than 50% longer battery runtime due to new 4.0 Ah batteries (cf. 36 V/2.6 Ah). Bosch Electronic Cell Protection (ECP): protects the battery against overload, overheating and deep discharge. No memory effect: the battery can be charged regardless of the charging state at any time, without damaging the cells.
